Global Breakthrough Energy Movement conference 2016

lower res-BEM-Header-2016-freqThe place to be at the end of May is the convention center in Bastrop, which is near Austin Texas.  Global BEM (Breakthrough Energy Movement) will have an exciting conference there, again connecting dots between technology, consciousness, health, the economy, the environment, grassroots activism and crowdfunding.

Global BEM ignites discussion and activism around breakthrough energy—which the group defines as an abundant energy source that produces zero emissions and is clean, safe, reliable, and affordable.

The 2016 conference will be held at the Bastrop Convention Center on May 28 & 29. Single, multi-day, and student passes are available. Registration and more information can be found at

Global BEM hosted their first conference in Holland in 2012, with world-renowned speakers and scientists. They presented on zero-point energy, low-energy nuclear reactions, magnetics, and quantum disentanglement and other topics. I was also at their memorable second conference, in Boulder, Colorado in 2013.

The Bastrop conference will be the third event. A press release says the conference will feature notable scientists, industry insiders, and creative thinkers who focus on the science and future direction of breakthrough energy solutions.

“Presentations and discussion panels will cover emerging energy technologies like zero-point, magnetic, hydro, plasma, and cold fusion low-energy nuclear reactions. Prominent speakers, such as Patrick Wood, Reuben Langdon, Ken Rohla and others are scheduled to present.”

“GlobalBEM aims to provide a place for conference attendees to formulate strategies for research sharing, prototype development, and funding of large-scale breakthrough energy projects. Speakers will share resources for do-it-yourself breakthrough energy projects in an open-source format.”

Global BEM is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization based in the Netherlands. I’ve been impressed by what began as a small group quickly evolving into a worldwide international network of scientists, researchers, academics, artists, business owners, and the general public.

Its  supports the development of breakthrough energy through hosting conferences, producing media, and acting as a facilitator for a global community– “calling for the new energy paradigm.”

  1. It sounds like it will be a wonderful conference, lots of sharing of beneficial breakthrough energy projects. Yes, there is a calling for a new energy paradigm. We can’t act quickly enough, at this point.
